You'll ensure rigorous quality control over every transaction and report while delivering strategic financial counsel to the leadership team.This is a hands‐on leadership role with real commercial impact.
You'll oversee banking and cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, loan administration, month‐end and year‐end processes, external audits, asset and insurance management, payroll systems, and key client and stakeholder relationships.
You'll also lead and develop the finance and administration team — coaching, mentoring and building capability so the department consistently delivers on time and to a high standard.You'll work closely with the Chief Financial Officer and have regular engagement with Directors, General Managers, operational leaders and external partners including banks, auditors and a variety clients.Why this role (and company) stands outMost finance roles keep you distant from the business.
