Monash Health in Heatherton, VIC is seeking a Senior Clinician to join the Aged Care Assessment Service (ACAS) as we establish the Vic 2 region SAS.
You will provide clinical and operational leadership across triage, assessments and reviews within a growing multidisciplinary team.This role offers adaptable and remote working options while maintaining service delivery requirements.
