OverviewSenior Business Development Manager.
Salary: $150k-$170k base + super + commission.
Location: Sydney Hybrid - 3 days in office.Salt is partnering with an established membership-based software business to hire for a Business Development Manager to drive pipeline generation and close new B2B partnerships and deals across Australia.
This role focuses on securing new logos and winning new partnerships with membership organisations.
You'll own the full sales process from cold outreach through to close, before handing over to a dedicated Customer Success function for onboarding.What you'll be doingProspecting and cold calling to identify decision-makersBooking and delivering meetings and presentationsClosing new partnership deals and handing over post-saleAttending events to attract new logosManaging a structured pipeline with long sales cycles (up to 6+ months)What we're looking forProven BDM or Partnerships experience, ideally within member benefits or selling into government or similar organisations3+ years' hunter/new business experience in software/SaaSStrong track record and ability to hit or exceed sales targetsSydney-based preferredFriendly, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a growing teamSalt respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the lands across Australia as the continuing custodians of country and culture.
