You will be responsible for planning and coordinatingmaintenance activities, managing resources and budgets, drivingcontinuous improvement initiatives and ensuring assets remainavailable to support operational requirements.This isan excellent opportunity for a trade-qualified leader who enjoysdeveloping teams, solving technical challenges and working in adynamic operational environment.KeyresponsibilitiesLeadand coordinate electrical and mechanical maintenance activitiesto maximise plant reliability and availabilityPlan, schedule andallocate labour, contractors and resources to supportoperational and maintenance requirementsDrive a strongsafety culture through risk management, incident investigationsand contractor management processesMonitor maintenancebudgets,
