We're on the hunt for a Senior 3IC to join our high-energy team at Chadstone – Australia's largest shopping destination!
If you're passionate about sneakers, streetwear, great customer experiences and leading a team that knows how to have fun while getting results, this could be your next move.What you'll be doingAs our Senior 3IC, you'll be a key part of the leadership team, supporting the Store Manager and 2IC to drive the store forward.
You'll be hands-on, leading from the front and helping create an environment where both customers and team members love showing up.You'll Be Responsible ForLeading and motivating the team on the shop floorDelivering an exceptional customer experienceDriving sales and achieving store targetsSupporting daily store operations and visual merchandisingCoaching and developing team membersAssisting with stock management and inventoryStepping up and taking ownership when senior leaders aren't on the floorKeeping the store looking fresh,
