Darwalla Group is seeking a Rearing Farm Assistant Manager (2IC) to work with the Farm Manager at the Sandy Camp Breeder Rearing Farm in south-east Queensland.
The role involves overseeing a 6-shed up-to-date rearing production farm and supporting daily operations for a cohesive, multi-cultural team.This development role prepares future Farm Managers, reporting to the Farm Manager, and includes coordinating activities, maintaining safety, staff training, and timely reporting in line with Darwalla
