Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, you'll take the lead in growing our presence across a defined sales territory, connecting customers with smart, sustainable waste management solutions that make a real impact.What you'll be doingDevelop profitable new business opportunities to achieve budgetary and business plan objectivesMaintain existing client base through direct contact with client representativesMaintain customer loyalty through sales call planning to enable service agreement renewalsSeek and investigate opportunities to extend and expand REMONDIS services through existing client baseProvide professional customer service and ensure all administrative duties are conducted effectively, efficiently and by due dateDevelop and implement systems and procedures to respond to sales leads and opportunities supplied by the businessMaintain customer relationship management records as requiredProvide commercial and industrial waste removal and management solutions to best meet customer needsRegularly liaise and work with Operations on customer service issues and service requirement deadlinesWho you areYou'll bring experience of business to business sales and will be able to share your track record of results in winning new business and/or retaining existing accountsTo deeply understand how to best help our customers, you listen more than you speakYou communicate well, and your written and verbal style when interacting with customers is as friendly as it is consultativeYou're able to maintain prospect and lead information in our CRM system, ensuring you use our systems and resources to support your successYou'll be a skilled presenter, able to engage customers with the necessary skills in PowerPoint, Word and ExcelWhilst experience in the waste arena is a nice to have, more important to us is the drive, motivation and resilience required to succeed in a high growth, dynamic environmentWho we areREMONDIS is one of the world's largest recycling, service and water companies.
