As a Commercial Site Supervisor / Carpenter, you'll take ownership of day‐to‐day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently,



and to a consistently high standard.What you'll need to succeedSupervising and coordinating site teams and subcontractorsManaging projects from site establishment through to completionOpening and closing construction sitesMaintaining robust relationships with clients and key stakeholdersEnsuring WHS compliance through inspections, risk management, and incident responseEnforcing site rules and maintaining safety cultureReviewing plans, conducting quality inspections, and managing ITPsCompleting daily site diaries and attendance recordsSupporting team performance and attending client and stakeholder meetingsWhile this is primarily a supervisory role, there is an expectation to assist on the tools when required.What you'll get in returnCertificate III in CarpentryMinimum 5 years' experience as a Site SupervisorCommercial construction experience (preferred)QBCC medium rise licenceCurrent First Aid and CPR certificationsConstruction White CardStrong knowledge of WHS standards and complianceExcellent communication and organisational skillsA professional, reliable, and detail oriented approach
