As our operations continue to expand, we're seeking an experienced Supervisor to drive safety, productivity and team performance across our haulage operations.The OpportunityReporting to the Project Manager or Superintendent, you'll be responsible for leading day-to-day site operations, ensuring crews work safely,



efficiently and deliver against production targets.Your responsibilities will include:Leading and mentoring operators across open pit load and haul operationsDriving a proactive safety culture and ensuring compliance with site proceduresManaging daily production activities and shift performanceCoordinating equipment utilisation and operational efficiencyMonitoring haul road and operational standardsConducting pre-start meetings, toolbox talks and workplace inspectionsSupporting training, coaching and development of site personnelManaging performance and workforce engagementMaintaining accurate operational reporting and handoversWorking closely with site leadership to achieve production objectivesAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous Mining Supervisor experience within open pit mining operationsStrong load and haul operational experienceDemonstrated leadership experience in a production mining environmentStrong safety leadership and understanding of WA mining legislationExperience managing crews, equipment and production outcomesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsSound computer and reporting skillsCurrent MC Driver's Licence highly regardedLithium mining experience highly desirablePrevious mining contractor experience highly regardedWhat's In It For You?
