We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join the Marquise Baby team at our newly renovated Huntingdale warehouse as we continue to grow across ecommerce and wholesale.This is a hands-on role where you'll work alongside the team to ensure customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.
You'll oversee the day-to-day running of the warehouse, manage inventory and fulfilment.We're after someone who enjoys being on the warehouse floor, takes pride in running an organised operation and understands the importance of quick, accurate ecommerce fulfilment.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse OperationsLead the day-to-day running of the warehouse while working alongside the teamMonitor daily order volumes and allocate resources to ensure all dispatch deadlines are metEnsure all ecommerce and wholesale orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on timeCoordinate inbound deliveries, receipting and stock put-awayMaintain a clean,



organised and efficient warehouse environmentCoordinate with freight providers to ensure daily collections and dispatch deadlines are metEcommerce Fulfilment & InventoryOversee daily ecommerce fulfilment and order workflowOwn inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stocktakes and discrepancy resolutionManage fulfilment across Shopify, ShippitEnsure packaging standards are maintained and customers receive a consistently premium customer experienceAbout YouPrevious experience leading a teamStrong experience managing high-volume fulfilment and daily dispatch operationsStrong inventory management and stock control experienceExperience with Shopify, Shippit or similar ecommerce fulfilment platforms is highly regardedHigh attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiencyProactive, organised and always looking for ways to improve processesWhy Join Marquise?
