About The RoleThe Senior Contract Administrator is responsible for providing key administration support to our Contracts and Operations teams, while overseeing a small Contract Administration team based in our Port Melbourne office.You will provide critical commercial and contractual support, ensuring robust governance, compliance, and commercial outcomes throughout the City of Port Phillip contract.Responsibilities include:Administrative support to our Operations department and Client Account/Contract ManagersAccurate data entry of daily works and labour/production tracking spreadsheetsMentor & support contract administration teamMonthly Client Reporting and KPI trackingRaising Purchase Orders and Processing invoices within SAPMaintaining Green by Nature Integrated Management Systems and digital office filing systemsContributing to the collaborative team environment with shared responsibility for managing incoming customer enquiries and effective running of the officeAbout YouMin 3 years' experience in contract support with a strong commercial acunemStrong computer skills with demonstrated ability to operate and maintain computerised office systems including Microsoft Word, Outlook, ExcelSAP Business One experience is an advantage but not essential (training provided).
