Australian Piling Group (APG) is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our Bella Vista/Norwest finance team onsite.
This hands-on role manages end-to-end payables and bookkeeping, ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time.You will liaise with project managers and subcontractors, process invoices, perform reconciliations in our ERP (Xero) and support month-end close.
The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in AP, solid Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF) and experience with Xero,
