You'll become a trusted technical resource, helping customers diagnose issues, understand product operation and access the right service and maintenance information.You'll also work closely with internal teams including Engineering, Distribution, Service and Sales, ensuring customers receive accurate and timely technical support.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeProviding technical advice and remote troubleshooting supportSupporting refrigeration products and related ducted reverse-cycle heating and cooling systemsAssisting customers with product operation, diagnostics,
