Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be part of a team-oriented HR team supporting Tronox operations across Australind, Kemerton, Bunbury and Busselton.This is a diverse generalist HR role where you will provide professional advice and practical, policy-based support across the employee lifecycle.
You will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, support the delivery of HR training programs, and partner with HR Business Partners on employee relations matters including performance management, disciplinary processes and grievance resolution.
The role also plays a key part in maintaining accurate HR records and data integrity across systems, while contributing to employee experience initiatives and broader HR projects.This opportunity is ideal for a proactive HR professional who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, delivering high-quality HR support, and helping create a positive,
