We are working with a well established, family run residential builder who are looking for an experienced Estimator to join their team.This role would suit someone with a minimum of 3 years' experience in residential estimating who is looking to take on a broader role across both sales and production estimating.The RolePreparing sales estimates and costingsReviewing plans, specifications and client requirementsPreparing quotes,



variations and tender documentationLiaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricingSupporting the sales team with pricing and product queriesUpdating and maintaining pricing informationWorking closely with internal teams throughout the pre-construction processSalary up to $120K + Super (depending on experience)About YouMinimum 3 years' experience in residential estimatingExperience within project or volume home building would be highly regardedAble to read and interpret residential plans and specificationsStrong attention to detail and numerical skillsComfortable working across multiple projects and deadlinesGood communication skills and able to work closely with Sales, Estimating and Construction teamsThis role requires experience in estimating with a residential builder in Australia.
