We're hiring a Portfolio Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of top-tier upper small business clients by delivering a service experience that blends human insight with self-service capability.This is a role for someone 4+ years into a B2B sales or account management career, ready to step up into full portfolio ownership and make a tangible impact on client success.Why this role matters:The foreign exchange and international payments landscape is rapid-moving and high stakes.

This is not a customer service role; it's end-to-end ownership and real commercial impact.What you'll be doing:Own and grow a portfolio of high-value B2B clients, building strong relationships with key decision-makersDrive revenue and retention by proactively identifying opportunities and expanding client valueDeliver tailored solutions across FX, international payments, and risk managementEnable clients to maximize Convera's platform, combining self-service with expert support where it mattersExecute a disciplined commercial playbook, balancing proactive outreach, pipeline development, and relationship managementSupport our Business Development team through early engagement with new clients.What we're looking for:We're looking for someone with +4 years' experience in B2B sales & account management, with a strong track record of growing client relationships.
You're commercially driven and comfortable working to targets, while balancing relationship management with disciplined activity.You're people-first but pragmatic, understanding that strong relationships deliver results, and you're comfortable working across both digital and human-led interactions.




You bring a proactive, structured and accountable approach, with the ability to manage a portfolio with discipline and take ownership early.Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills are essential.
Experience in financial services, FX or payments is a major plus, but if not, we'll support the right candidate to build this capability.Must Have:4+ years B2B account management / B2B sales experience2+ years' experience in cross-border payments and including customer buying needs and typical ICPs and stakeholders in accountsDemonstrated experience owning a book of business with revenue/quota responsibilityExperience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, etc.) and other sales enablement and AI tools.Tech-savvy with a passion for leveraging digital tools to enhance performance.Good to Have:Experience selling credit and risk products e.g. OptionsWhat we offer:You'll gain a clear pathway into corporate account management, sales leadership or specialist roles, supported by structured training and ongoing development.
