Morse Micro, a leading maker of next-generation Wi-Fi chips for IoT, is seeking a DFT Engineer to own end-to-end DFT for wireless SoCs, including architecture, implementation, verification, tape-out sign-off, silicon bring-up and production support.You will define DFT architecture, optimize test quality, implement SCAN solutions, develop at-speed test methodologies, and drive MBIST integration and JTAG/IEEE ****** wrappers, collaborating across frontend, verification and ATE teams.
