We are passionate about supporting every child's development while fostering a workplace where educators feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow.About the RoleAs a Diploma Educator, you will work collaboratively with your team to deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child's learning, development, and wellbeing.You will build meaningful relationships with children and families while contributing to a positive, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning and implementation of engaging educational programsCreate a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environmentObserve and document children's learning and developmentBuild positive relationships with children, families, and colleaguesCollaborate with the team to deliver high-quality education and careEnsure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislationAct as the Responsible Person for the serviceContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the centreStep into a leadership role and run the room in the absence of the Lead EducatorSupport children's wellbeing, learning, and development through meaningful interactionsManage both opening and closing shiftsWhy Join Mini Masterminds?
