Gage Roads Freo is the place for you.About The RoleGage Roads Freo is one of Perth's busiest hospitality venues, a working craft brewery on the Fremantle waterfront with capacity for 1,500 guests, open all-day, seven days a week.
This is a high-volume kitchen that demands consistency, speed, and pride in output.You'll own the pizza section.
Hand-stretching dough, managing a wood-fired oven, controlling stock and ordering, and keeping your section clean and compliant.
