Talison Lithium OperationFull Time PositionLithium plays a critical role in the transition to clean energy, and Talison Lithium is the world's leading lithium minerals producer with the largest high-grade ore body in the world - join us and be a part of the transition.About The RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and management of warehouse critical and bulk commodity replenishment including; scheduling, forecasting, inventory control and re-ordering functions.This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday across a 40 hour week, based at either our Greenbushes site or Perth main office with flexible working arrangements available.Responsibilities IncludeCoordinate and manage critical bulk commodity replenishment, including forecasting, scheduling and inventory controlMonitor stock levels to ensure cost effective inventory and maintain minimum, on-site, safety stockLiaise with warehouse, purchasing, contracts, and suppliers to ensure timely ordering, delivery and accurate pricing in SAPAnalyse usage trends and provide regular reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) to support planning and decision-makingEnsure accurate receipt, storage, and stock rotation, including timely reporting of discrepanciesSupport end users with forecast requirements and ensure sufficient stock availability to meet operational needsCoordinate logistics and delivery schedules, ensuring compliance with site access, permits and safety requirementsParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying risks and opportunities across warehouse and supply processesAbout The CandidateExperience with inventory and warehousing systems, with a solid understanding of stock control processesKnowledge of bulk chemical and reagent management,
