Now we're taking that track record into South Australia with a flagship project worth over $200 million.We're looking for a Contract Administrator to be based on-site in Adelaide for the life of this build, a rare chance to run the commercial side of a project of this scale from the ground up and not join a job that's already mid-stream.The RoleThis isn't a maintenance role on a project that's already running.
You're in from the start in Adelaide, with the autonomy that comes from being the CA on-site rather than one of several in a head office.

this is it.Contract Administrator Duties.Full contract administration across a $200M+ construction project, site-based in AdelaideManage subcontracts, variations, progress claims and payment certificates end-to-endWork closely with the Project Manager and site team to track cost, program and risk in real timeLiaise directly with subcontractors, consultants and the client on commercial mattersOwn the paper trail - accurate, defensible, and ahead of problems rather than behind themContract Administrator Skills and ExperienceProven CA experience on commercial or industrial projects of significant scale (ideally $50M+) in AustraliaStrong grasp of standard form contractsComfortable being the person on-site who owns the numbers, not remote from the actionSharp attention to detail under program pressureConstruction, quantity surveying or similarWhat's in it for you?
