This involves leading the development of appropriate pedagogy and assessment in line with national and local requirements.
This will involve:ensuring that research based pedagogies are developed and systematically implemented across the school.ensuring the quality of student learning and the effectiveness of teacher practice through appropriate support, coaching and modelling of pedagogical practices.Administrating available resources to support Primary Pedagogical Framework.The CST/RE reports to the Assistant Principal – Catholic Identity as Line Manager.
CST/RE provides vision, inspiration, encouragement and assistance to all members of their team, particularly Early Career Teachers.
