We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Social Care Coordinator to join our team at Respect Cedar Place, NSW.
In this fulfilling role, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of engaging, resident-centered social care programs that support wellbeing, foster connection, and enhance quality of life.
This is a Full Time Position!
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, deliver and continuously improve lifestyle, therapy and recreational programsLead and support Social Care staff and volunteersBuild strong connections with local community groups, schools and organisationsFacilitate resident meetings and encourage participation in program developmentMaintain accurate documentation, attendance records and program evaluationsManage resources, inventory and social care budgetsContribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiativesPromote a vibrant and engaging volunteer programYou are a compassionate and organised qualified who is committed to enhancing the lives of older people.
