With operations across multiple locations and solid domestic and international market exposure, the organisation continues to invest in innovation, transformation and long-term growth.The OpportunityReporting to the Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the financial performance of the business, with a strong focus on management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis.You'll work closely with both finance and non-finance stakeholders, providing insight into business performance and helping identify opportunities to improve financial and operational outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate and timely monthly management reports, including analysis and commentarySupport the month-end close process, management accounts and balance sheet reconciliationsPartner with key stakeholders to understand and analyse financial and operational performanceAssist with monthly forecasting and annual budgeting across P&L;,



balance sheet and capital expenditureProvide meaningful financial analysis and commentary to support decision-makingIdentify opportunities to improve and streamline finance processesSupport effective purchase order and cost management across the businessMaintain strong internal controls and financial processesBuild trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and non-finance teamsContribute to broader finance projects and continuous improvement initiativesAbout YouCA/CPA qualification, or be working towards thisPrevious experience in a Management Accountant or similar commercial accounting roleStrong management reporting, budgeting and forecasting experienceExcellent Excel skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsA proactive approach to process improvementThe ability to work autonomously while also being a collaborative team playerA genuine interest in understanding the commercial and operational side of a business
