Our venues bring together exciting indoor attractions and full service cafes creating the ultimate experience for the whole family.The RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for the management of The Parc Armstrong Creek, the leadership of it's crew and the growth of the venue within the local community.Key AccountabilitiesAchieve financial and booking targetsUphold safe work practicesUphold high customer service and venue standardsDevelop all The Parc Armstrong Creek crew membersDevelop and implement local area marketing plansWhat we are looking for (Essential):Experience in leading a team of peopleExperience in staff rostering and recruitmentProven track record of achieving financial and/or operational targetsProven track record of upholding high standardsWillingness to learn and grow within the companyWillingness to work weekendsWorking with Children CheckCurrent First Aid and CPRCurrent drivers licenseNational Police CheckDesirable:Experience in FEC operationsExperience in sports centre operationsExperience in cafe/hospitality operationsExperience working with younger staff membersManagement certification/qualificationExperience in financial managementWe are committed to providing a child protected environment.
