You will guide a team of specialists, delivering high-level advice on working conditions, entitlements, and misconduct matters while driving organisational reviews and redeployments for sworn and VPS staff.The role requires strong communication, policy interpretation, and a track record of resolving complex workplace issues in a unionised workplace.
