Maintenance Coordinator – Plumbing & Hydraulic Services (Norwest Location)
Location: Norwest, NSW (on-site parking)
Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm (1hr lunch break)

Are you highly organised, great with people and confident coordinating multiple jobs at once?
We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to become the key link between clients, technicians and the office.
This is a hands‐on coordination role where no two days are the same — you'll be responsible for keeping jobs moving, technicians organised and clients informed from the moment a request comes in through to completion.

Their Service & Maintenance team works with commercial clients across a range of sectors, keeping sites operational through reliable maintenance, repairs and reactive service work.

What You'll Be Doing
Coordinate and schedule planned maintenance and reactive service jobs across the technician teamAct as a key point of contact for clients,
managing enquiries, job requests and updates via phone and emailAllocate and dispatch technicians based on urgency, location and workloadTrack jobs from initial request through to completion, ensuring nothing falls through the cracksKeep clients informed and provide timely updates throughout the job lifecycleManage and update jobs using ServiceM8 or a similar job‐management systemAssist with preparing quotes and reporting job progress and outcomes to clientsMaintain accurate job records, technician schedules and client communication notesHelp coordinate team coverage for emergency/reactive service work over the Christmas/New Year periodSupport with occasional site inspections for tenders or proposals, where relevant experience allows
About You
Previous experience coordinating maintenance, service or trade‐based jobs within plumbing, hydraulics, HVAC, fire or a similar technical services environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsConfident building strong, professional relationships with clients and techniciansHighly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and changing schedulesCalm, solutions‐focused and able to respond effectively when urgent jobs ariseComfortable understanding and communicating trade and construction terminologyProfessional, personable and well‐presentedA genuine team player who is happy to pitch in and support others when needed
Desirable
Experience using ServiceM8 or a similar job‐management platformExperience working with commercial or B2B clients
