About the role:
Design and implement growth strategies that position the business as the go‐to partner for sponsored search and self‐service retail media solutions.
Establish and nurture senior‐level relationships with media agencies, engaging stakeholders from investment teams through to executive leadership to drive sustained, long‐term partnerships.
Act as the go‐to technical resource for agency partners on Sponsored Search and Ads Manager, offering hands‐on guidance and strategic recommendations to drive best practice.




Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders - including Agency Partnerships, Channel Marketing, and Product to align on growth priorities, shape sales collateral, and feed insights into platform development.
Required Experience:
Extensive experience in digital/retail media, digital advertising sales, or media agency environments, with a thorough understanding of the digital advertising landscape.
Outstanding relationship‐building and networking capabilities, with a demonstrated history of developing senior stakeholder relationships and shaping investment decisions across media agencies.
Robust commercial acumen and sales expertise, with a proven track record of crafting strategic account plans and driving substantial revenue growth.
Strong written, verbal, and facilitation abilities, skilled at conveying complex ideas clearly to both technical and non‐technical stakeholders.
