Job Description
In this role, no two days are the same.
You'll be responsible for keeping our facility well-maintained and welcoming by:
Carrying out general maintenance, repairs, and minor renovations
Maintaining buildings, plumbing, roofs, and equipment (beds, chairs, hoists, mobility aids)
Performing small repairs such as painting, window/door rollers, curtain tracks, and light bulb replacements
Looking after A/C filters, call bell testing, gardening, and reticulation
Helping to care for unique features like our fishponds and outdoor areas
Supporting staff with secure chemical handling and training
Delegating tasks to the maintenance cleaning team where needed
Playing an active role in our continuous improvement initiatives
