Key Responsibilities
Requirements Analysis & Documentation
Work independently to translate business requirements intouser storiesand acceptance criteria within an agile framework.
Ensure requirements are clear, complete, and aligned with business objectives.
Technical Business Analysis
Support integration activities between the new vendor platform, internal systems, and external systems.
Collaborate with technical teams to validate feasibility and ensure smooth implementation.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong relationships withproduct owners, business owners, SMEs, and vendors.
Facilitate workshops and discussions to align priorities and resolve conflicts.
Problem Solving & Clarity
Navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in requirements and solution design.
Challenge assumptions respectfully and influence decisions when direction needs reconsideration.
Agile Delivery Support
Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong foundational knowledge and hands‐on experience inBusiness Analysis practices.
Proven ability to work independently and deliver outcomes in anagile setting.
Experience withtechnical BA responsibilities, including system integrations and vendor platform implementations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability tochallenge respectfully.
Ability to work with ambiguity and drive clarity in complex projects.
Familiarity withUtilities, energy, and mining internal systems(highly desirable).
