Key Responsibilities:
As a Service Crew Leading Hand, you'll play a vital role in keeping our underground operations running smoothly.
Your day-to-day will include:
Leading and mentoring your team to complete service crew tasks safely and efficiently.
Installing,



maintaining, and repairing underground services (air, water, pump lines, ventilation bags, secondary fans, cables, pumps, explosive areas, and more).
Operating Integrated Tool Carriers to transport equipment and materials underground.
Conducting inspections, pre-start checks and ensuring work areas meet safety standards.
Installing grout, plates, and tensioning cable bolts.
Training recent crew members to build a strong and capable team.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years' underground service crew experience.
Competency in operating Integrated Tool Carriers.
Working at Heights Certificate.
Desirable: Dangerous Goods Security Card & Senior First Aid.
