The Role
As an Area Manager you will:
Lead and mentor Centre Directorsto deliver strong outcomes in education, operations, and compliance.
Manage performance across multiple centres, including budgets, occupancy, staffing, and regulatory requirements.
Support services in maintaining high‐quality ratingsunder the National Quality Framework.
Embed Child Safe Standardsinto everyday practice and culture.
Drive continuous improvement initiativesin partnership with our Pedagogy & Practice Leader.
Foster positive relationshipswith families, team members, community partners, and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications & Experience
We're looking for a confident and experienced leader who's ready for an exciting journey.
You'll bring:
A minimum Diploma of Children's Services.
Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks.
Excellent mentoring skills.




Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Confidence in building relationships with families and the community.
Work with Children's check and current first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis.
