We have recently opened a brand new showroom in Burleigh Heads and are looking for Sales Assistants and an Assistant Store Manager to join our vibrant team!
RoleReporting to the Store Manager, you will assist with the daily operation of the Retail Showroom, assisting our customers with their selection of Tiles.Key Responsibilities include:Preparation and follow up of quotes and sales orders with customers and clientsInventory managementExecute in-store marketing campaignsWork with the team to ensure KPI targets are metAssist with the organisation and cleanliness of the storeYouTo be successful in the role you will have the following knowledge, skills,



and attributes:Prior experience in a Retail Showroom (strong customer service experience is acceptable in lieu of specific showroom experience)Strong work ethic - punctual and reliableEye for detailPositive AttitudeAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to work Saturdays on a rotating rosterExperience preferred in selling flooring or other relatable building products, and are comfortable dealing with Builders, Tradespeople, Architects and consumers.Forklift ticket or willingness to get forklift ticket highly regarded but not essential to assist with organisation of storage roomPermanent residency status is required for this position.Other attributes include:Lateral and tactical thinkerAbility to work Saturdays on a rotating rosterPhysically fit, and not afraid to get your hands dirtyStrong organisational and time management skillsPrevious experience in a retail setting preferredAbility to think on your feet in a quick paced environmentRewardIf successful, you will receive the following:Secure, Permanent, Full time position (note a part-time position is also available)Generous rates of payAccess to a range of sales/performance based incentivesAccess to our 24/7 Employee Assistance Program
