With continued growth, you'll manage a busy portfolio of builds, ensuringdefect-free delivery, strong trade relationships, and exceptional customer experiences.Come to work each day, be yourself, and get paid to do what you love -building homes and leading from the front.Reporting to the Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Be the primary point of contact for clients throughout the build journey
Oversee site performance, ensuring quality builds and on-time delivery
Partner closely with your Construction Manager to review progress via ClickHomes
Maximise productivity by coordinating and securing quality trades
Schedule and manage all on-site construction activities
Proactively resolve build issues and maintain clear client communication




Drive continuous improvement in building practices and processes
Ensure compliance with cost, project management, and OH&S; standards
Foster a positive, customer-focused and team-oriented culture
Deliver homes to the highest quality standards; and
Hand over keys and settlement packs - celebrate the final milestone with your client.

The successful candidate will have:
Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction
Strong knowledge of building regulations, OH&S; and QA systems
Excellent project management and organisational skills
Established networks with trades (highly regarded)
Customer-focused with strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Comfortable working with new homes contracts
Ability to prioritise, manage timelines and meet deadlines; and
High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
