You will support clients to live independently at home, travelling between locations with a focus on dignity and person-centred care.Responsibilities include domestic tasks, transportation to appointments, meal preparation, social support, and personal care where qualified.
A driver's licence and insured vehicle are essential; a Police Check will be required.
