with a particular focus on our northern and central coastal communities, including Coolum, Peregian, Maroochydore, Alexandra Headland and Mooloolaba.No two days are the same, but every day brings the opportunity to make a meaningful difference.Your Day May Include:Delivering personalised support in line with individual care plansAssisting with personal care, mobility support and medication remindersPreparing meals and promoting healthy nutritionProviding respite support in the home and communityAssisting with domestic tasks including cleaning, laundry, bed making and shoppingSupporting social connection and community participationHelping customers attend appointments, activities and outingsYou'll use your own reliable vehicle to travel between customer homes and assist with transporting customers within the community when required.We have multiple casual opportunities available across the Sunshine Coast region and are particularly interested in hearing from applicants based in our northern and central Sunshine Coast communities.While shifts are offered based on customer needs, we're ideally seeking team members who can provide availability Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm.You'll Thrive in This Role If YouEnjoy building meaningful relationships and getting to know peopleBring compassion,



reliability and respect to every interactionAre comfortable working independently while staying connected to your teamAre passionate about supporting older Australians to live independently and with dignityHave experience in aged care, disability support, community services, hospitality, customer service or another people-focused roleHold a Certificate III in Individual Support (desirable but not essential)Have a current Australian Driver Licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicleHold, or are willing to obtain, First Aid and CPR certificationHold, or are willing to obtain, a National Criminal History CheckLive on the Sunshine Coast or surrounding areas and are willing to travel throughout the regionMost importantly, you bring a caring attitude and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in people's lives.Belonging Starts HereWe believe real care starts with real belonging.
