You'll deliver attentive, personalised service while helping customers find the right pieces for work, weekends, weddings and everything in between.Your responsibilities will include:Welcoming customers and creating genuine connectionsDelivering memorable,



personalised customer experiencesProviding confident styling and product adviceContributing to individual and store sales targetsSupporting the team during busy peak-trade periodsMaintaining premium visual merchandising and store presentation standardsAssisting with stock replenishment, transactions and daily store operationsWorking collaboratively to create a positive and welcoming store environmentDesired Skills and ExperienceWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORYou'll be someone who brings energy, reliability and a genuine passion for helping people.Ideally, you will have:Previous experience in fashion, premium retail, hospitality or customer serviceA natural ability to start conversations and build rapportConfidence working towards sales targets and KPIsStrong presentation and attention to detailA positive, proactive and team-focused attitudeThe ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environmentFlexible availability across weekdays, late-night trade, weekends and public holidays during peak periodsPremium retail experience is valued, but it isn't everything.
