Respect is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse Coordinator for Derwent Views in Hobart to lead clinical governance and improve resident outcomes.
You will coordinate quality systems and support safe, person-centred care across the home.You will work with the General Manager and Care Manager, assist with audits, clinical documentation and staff guidance while promoting continuous improvement and solid stakeholder engagement.
