Build Meaningful Connections.EMBARK NOW on a deeply rewarding journey as a Support Worker supporting our Accommodation SIL Houses across the Central Coast region and our Home & Community program, we are looking for passionate, empathetic Support Workers with a can-do attitude and positive growth mindset to join our vibrant team at Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) team.About the roleSupport adults living in CPA group homes to lead rich, independent and empowered lives.
Your day-to-day may include:Providing respectful support with personal care, mealtimes, medication, and daily routinesEncouraging skill-building, independence, and decision-makingSupporting community engagement, social connection and transport (including use of CPA vans)Following person-centred plans with empathy and professionalismWhat You'll BringA passion for empowering people with disabilityA can-do attitude and growth mindset — you're open to learning and ready to make a differenceNSW Driver's Licence (minimum of P2 or above)Physical capability to support clients with mobility or transfersAvailability for a minimum of 3 full days per week ******+ hours)Availability across a variety of shift times, including: Early mornings (6am - 9am) Day shifts (9am - 3/4pm) Afternoons & evenings Awake overnights (10pm-6am)The ability to travel to our multiple locations across the Central Coast region (Wyong, Long Jetty, and Umina)What makes CPA DifferentWe are an Award-Winning Training OrganisationCPA is a trusted Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that delivers nationally recognised qualifications,
