This role is central to ensuring all parts and materials for fabrication jobs are sourced efficiently and cost‐effectively, while maintaining strong supplier relationships and supporting our operational excellence.What's on offerMonday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm, all PPE providedGenerous paid parental leave and a paid volunteer daySuperannuation contributions on unpaid parental leaveWhat you'll be responsible forResponsible for co‐ordination of all receivable goods into the store, includingall documentation relating to the taskEnsuring that purchasing procedures, as per company QMS is adhered toManagement of inventory for client contracts including documentation and certificationPlan all goods inwards needed in time to suit job priority.Issue jobs, when ready, to the Supervisors / Leading hands for execution.Ensure that job history and costing is kept accurate.Liaise with sub‐contractors,
vendors and suppliers as required.Assist the Supervisors when emergency work is required to be carried out.Type up quotations, letters, memo''s for clients as requiredAssist Managers with adhering to client delivery expectationsTransfer inventory items to jobs.Maintain good supplier relationshipsEnsure Safety, Environmental and Quality complianceGeneral Office duties as requiredWhat you'll need to be successfulLive in Bunbury WA or surrounding suburbsA 'can do' attitude and a willingness to learnExperience in a customer service roleStrong computer skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasksHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProfessional phone manner and customer-focused attitude.Strong problem‐solving skills and ability to prioritise workloads.Current driver's licenceVeolia's AlwaysSafe culture means that we care about the safety of people on our sites.
