In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service to Scientific Solutions customers through effective and efficient co-ordination of service jobs.What You Will DeliverProactively monitor customer jobs, manage any delays, and enter all customer jobs into the CRM system efficiently and accuratelyOrder parts and despatch to customers/engineers as requiredWork with service team to ensure Pre-Delivery Checks are completed to allow prompt despatch of equipmentGenerate Service Quotes and provide accurate information for parts and job pricingLiaise with internal stakeholders/ suppliers and customer'sLogging of jobs as per contractual obligationsClosing and invoicing of completed jobs in a timely mannerManagement and allocation of reports such as – future PM Schedule / engineer stock reportsEfficient management of service calls and requests or queries from customers and staff.What You BringHigh quality organisation and prioritisation skillsAbility to multitask & work autonomously2+ years Customer Service and administrative skillsProficient skills in Microsoft office (Word & Excel)Ability to work in a face paced workplace meeting customer and business expectationsA can-do attitudeExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Why Join DKSHAt DKSH, we help companies grow in Asia and enable people to perform at their best.
