You'll work across a variety of truck body repairs and fabrications.
Welding experience & fibreglass fabrication is essential.This role suits someone who is confident working independently, takes pride in their workmanship, and enjoys being trusted to get the job done.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG welding on truck bodies and componentsPerform fibreglass repairs, panel beating, spray painting,



and minor fabricationFixing or modifying damaged fiberglass parts to meet specific requirements.Work safely and maintain a tidy work areaCollaborate with team members to meet project deadlinesAbout youMust have MIG welding experience (Trade qualification is not required but highly advantageous)Experience in fibreglass repairs and spray paintingStrong fibreglass fabrication and technical drawing interpretation skillsExcellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skillsAbility to work unsupervised and take initiativeCommitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvementExcellent communication and teamwork skillsMust have a current QLD Driver's licenceHR license or willing to obtainCompetitive hourly rate + overtime opportunities after 6 monthsWeekly payConsistent, ongoing work with long-term stabilitySupportive and inclusive team environmentAccess to high-quality tools, equipment, and materialsCareer growth within a rapidly expanding national company
