In this role you will play a key part in the learning experiences of our students and be part of the successful delivery of the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program.Support referrals and their transition into the ProgramConduct Support sessions and assist students to meet their goalsIdentify challenges such as transport, childcare, housing, or mental health, and connect students to relevant servicesThe Opportunity:Be part of a like minded team in a National RTOShowcase your exceptional customer service skillsConduct sessions to establish goals and provide supportBuild trust and rapport with students attending the program, helping them to stay engaged and reach their education goalsHelping to change livesAbout you:Ability to work with diverse participantsBe a driven, supportive and community minded person who can work with learners, and in some regions, non-English speakersDesire to support students in building future opportunities for themselves through learningCustomer centric people personExcellent administration skills to manage student recordsMore than just a salary!
