About the roleLogistics specialists play a key role in all customer device installations: facilitating the staging, configuring, processing and dispatch of network hardware as per ticket and customer requirements.Logistics officer will be the point of contact for all incoming deliveries and ensure stock database remains up to date and accurate.Responsible for receiving and dispatching daily, managing stock levels along with licensing inventory management.Collaboration with internal teams is essential to ensure the timely configurations is applied and any essential accessories are included.What you'll be doing day-to-dayStage hardware prior to dispatchConfiguration and testing of multiple device types.Update Inventory & Operational Systems as required.ReceivingDispatchingStock ManagementSD WAN License managementQuality AssuranceRemodeling configurationsTroubleshoot hardware and configuration issuesWhat you'll bring to the roleExperience with configuring and provisioning network devices, including routers, switches and network unitsExperience in using ticket management systems, such as Jira or similarAbility to perform device configuration and troubleshooting using console commandsExperience working with licensing platforms, including Meraki, Fortinet and CiscoStrong attention to detailGeneral knowledge of IT hardware,
