In this part-time (20hrs per week) fixed term Survey Data Processor role, your number one priority is running the engine room behind the data our customers love - launching and monitoring 40+ surveys a month with an error rate close to zero, so that everything downstream in the Tracksuit dashboard is right, on time, every time. Why this role existsBehind every dashboard our customers see, there's a survey operation running continuously across dozens of countries, and this role sits right at the centre of it.
You'll take our documented survey processes and run them with precision at volume: setting up and launching monthly brand tracking and incidence test surveys, formatting assets, checking configurations, and keeping fieldwork on schedule and on target. This is deliberately a hands-on execution role, not survey design or methodology.
The processes already exist and are well tested - your job is to run them exactly right, every time, and to flag it clearly and early when something doesn't hold up.Build & launch surveys: format brand logos and assets to spec, process customer-requested changes to brand trackers, check every change against the original request before it goes live, run full pre-launch checks (test links, routing, quotas, translations), and launch to a fixed weekly and monthly schedule with no slippageMonitor live data collection: track daily progress against sampling targets, adjust sampling in line with documented rules, and escalate shortfalls, bugs or supplier issues early, with the detail needed to actRun incidence tests: launch short feasibility surveys and report results back to Sales and Customer teams in a explicit, consistent formatTroubleshoot independently: work through issues using our documentation and tools, within a well-bounded processWork closely with:

our Survey Operations team day to day, plus panel suppliers (CINT, Dynata) and our survey platform (Decipher) externallyExceptional attention to detail - the kind that catches the one wrong item out of fortyA genuinely process-oriented approach - you'd rather run a documented method precisely than invent your ownA track record of high-volume, deadline-driven work with a consistently low error rateStrong organisation, with the ability to stay on top of a full queue without dropping anythingClear, early written communication, with enough precision for someone else to act onComfort working with a distributed team across time zonesConfidence with Excel or Google SheetsHands-on experience with a survey programming platform such as Decipher, Forsta, Confirmit or QualtricsA background in market research - agency, panel company, fieldwork house or in-house research teamA degree or coursework involving hands-on survey work (psychology, marketing, market research, sociology or another social science)Familiarity with panel "do it yourself" platforms1+ years in survey operations, fieldwork management, or another role where accuracy and following process were the job itselfSurveys go out on time and correct, month after month, with an error rate close to zeroNothing sits in your queue unnoticedWhen something doesn't match the process or looks wrong, it gets flagged early and clearly, rather than worked aroundThe Survey Operations team trusts the work coming out of your hands enough to stop double-checking itWhy join us at Tracksuit?
