Your key responsibilities include:Lead, coach and motivate your team to achieve individual and club goalsDrive membership growth, sales performance and key club KPIsDeliver an exceptional member experience and build a strong club communityLead local marketing, social media and community engagement initiativesOversee club operations, presentation, safety and compliance with franchise and WHS standardsSKILLS & EXPERIENCEYou're a confident, results-driven leader with the skills and experience to lead a successful club.
You'll ideally bring:Experience in the fitness industry, preferably within Anytime Fitness, with strong knowledge of sales, customer service, club operations and member engagementProven leadership or management experience with the ability to coach, motivate and develop a high-performing teamStrong sales experience with a track record of achieving targets, driving membership growth and delivering business KPIsExcellent communication and relationship-building skills with a genuine passion for creating exceptional member experiencesA proactive,
