Eagle Rock Construction is seeking a Part time Accounts Manager to join our growing finance team.
This is a part-time position based in Geebung, Queensland, offering flexibility whilst maintaining the financial integrity of our operations.
As Accounts Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
This position is essential to supporting the broader business operations and enabling informed financial decision-making across the organisation.Key responsibilitiesManage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment reconciliationMaintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgersPrepare and reconcile monthly bank statements and conduct bank reconciliationsProcess payroll information and ensure accurate wage calculations and deductionsGenerate financial reports and statements as required by managementMonitor and track expenditure against budgets and provide variance analysisLiaise with external accountants and auditors as neededEnsure compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax obligationsSupport the accounting function with general administrative dutiesMaintain confidentiality of sensitive financial informationWhat we're looking forCompleted accounting qualifications (such as Diploma of Accounting or relevant certification)
