Reporting to the Assistant Regional Manager, the role of Deputy Clerical Supervisor is to ensure effective and productive operation of all clerical aspects of a comprehensive imaging practice.You will be responsible forSupporting, leading, and developing the clerical team to deliver excellent patient care and customer serviceAnswer the telephone and respond to patient enquiries in an efficient and sensitive mannerEnsure patient reports are dispatched to the correct locationAssume responsibility for the condition of equipment at the time of use and report any faultsParticipation in our rostering system and manage rosters and leave requests ensuring sufficient staff coverageEncouragement and support of development and education of clerical staffTo be successful,
