As a Shift Leader at GYG, you will play a pivotal role in shaping unforgettable dining experiences.We are looking for people that are available full time, with flexible availability.
These shifts will be a mixture of early mornings (6am onwards), middle shifts (12pm onwards), late nights (4pm onwards) and overnights (10pm onwards).
Your Role Will IncludeTeam up with fellow managers to train, lead, coach and inspire your crew while keeping the energy high on every shiftChampion a "customer-first" mindset by delivering standout service to both new faces and regular guestsMaintaining high quality food safety, cash handling, cleaning and stock controlBe a proud ambassador of GYG by making sure all crew members live and breathe our values, policies and proceduresCommunicate clearly and confidently with the restaurant team to keep everyone alignedBe hands-on with managing labour and COGS to help drive a successful, profitable storeOversee deliveries like a pro, ensuring orders are accurate and match invoicesWe appreciate diverse experience, but specifically,



we are looking for candidates who have:Leadership or supervisory experience in a quick-paced environmentA track record of providing outstanding customer serviceCompleted or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificateCompleted or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol courseBenefits Of Working With GYGSo much!
