About the RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a highly efficient and organised team player to join the Peter Alexander team as a Planning Assistant.Reporting to the Planning Manager, your day will predominantly be focused on providing administrative support to the planning team, compiling and inputting data, and preparing standard reporting and analysis.ResponsibilitiesRunning and distributing daily/weekly reports for the wider team as well as ad-hoc projects and reportingAnalysis and communication around online eventsAssist with preparation of both in-season and post-season reportsManaging RMS administration for promotions and entering markdowns into AS400Communicating to stores around promotions and mark downsManagement of EANs and allocation to departmentsAbout YouExperience with Microsoft Excel and general administrationHave an analytical mindset and flair for numbersAbility to think laterally and have a proactive approachInterested in planning and allocations within retailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment whilst maintaining accuracyStrong attention to detail and organisation skillsGenerous staff discount and access to our sample salesCentral office location based on St Kilda Rd, with direct access to the picturesque Fawkner ParkWork closely within a high performing, supportive and cooperative environmentBring your dog to work!
